Next launch: Settings, If something goes wrong. If the last session died, the record sits there. What died, where, which switches were on, the last minute of what Kuro was doing, as codes, no account data. Copy the record to Downloads and send the file. That record is usually the whole diagnosis.
Read the status line at the top of the Teleport page. It always says the state: transmitting with its loading screen (up to ~10 s on a slow load), X m to go while paced mode crawls (check your pace, or switch paced off), arrived or moved to when done, gave up short after N hops past the hop budget (report from and to), cancelled when you or a new press stopped it.
Fixed in 2.0 for the known paths: the landing is guarded while terrain streams. Still happens: report from and to, approximate or exact pin, No Fall Damage on or off.
Stand next to it through Teleport Points. Auto Waypoint presses and it opens, working as designed. No prompt at all means quest-sealed, so finish the local quest first. Nothing opens those.
First check the matching Auto switch is actually on, since nothing presses with its switch off. Then remember range only gets evaluated while you move: walk in from 30 m out and watch where the prompt pops. Standing still proves nothing. And wait for the badge after launch, since early presses land before the hooks.
Badge missing after load means relaunch once. Still missing means send a crash record, since something may have died quietly behind it. Drag sliders instead of tapping them. Menu frozen means close it, wait two seconds, reopen.
Banned? Possible. See Safety, behave accordingly, alt first.
It made me download the game resources again? Because installing over the official app is impossible (different signing key) — you had to uninstall it, and uninstalling deletes the game's data folder with everything it had downloaded. It happens once per switch from the official client or another mod; KURO updates keep everything. The guide shows how to back the folder up over USB if you want to skip it.
New game version, Kuro broken? Expected. Wait for the release that names your version. Never force old builds.
iOS, PC, emulator? Android arm64 only.
Controllers? Touch first. The NoClip stick is on screen.
Clean screenshots? Overlay settings, plus Hide damage numbers.
Offline or airplane mode? No. Online game, online tool.
